These terms are an agreement between you and InvoiceBadger ("we", "us"). By using InvoiceBadger you accept them.
The service
InvoiceBadger provides invoicing tools through a web app and an MCP interface for AI agents. It's provided "as is". We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account. One person or business per account.
Acceptable use
Use InvoiceBadger lawfully. Don't use it for fraud or illegal invoicing, don't attack or abuse the service, and don't resell it without our permission.
Your data and content
You own the invoice and client data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it to run the service. You're responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store your clients' details.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is free. Pro is a paid subscription (£5/month or £48/year) billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and Pro continues to the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds except where the law requires. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Not financial or tax advice
InvoiceBadger is a tool. You remain responsible for your own invoicing, tax and legal compliance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits or data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using InvoiceBadger anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
